Terms and Conditions
1. GENERAL INFORMATION
This website, available at https://fastlinevip.com, is operated by ELITE MEDIA APPLICATIONS SL, a company registered in Barcelona with its registered office at Avda. Josep Tarradellas 38, 08029 Barcelona, Spain and CIF B67444869. Hereinafter referred to as “Fast Line VIP”, “we”, or “our”.
2. DEFINITIONS
User: any natural or legal person who accesses and/or uses the website.
Service: priority access to airport security and passport control (“Fast Track”), offered through this website.
Order: the valid and completed request for the Service by the User through the website.
3. PURPOSE
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website, as well as the contracting of the available Services. By accessing or using this website, the User agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
4. ORDERING PROCESS
The Services are contracted directly through the platform by completing the required information and making the corresponding payment. Once the order is confirmed, the User will receive an email with a QR code along with detailed instructions for using the service at the selected airport.
5. CONDITIONS OF SERVICE USE
The User is responsible for correctly entering all necessary data for the provision of the Service. In case of errors attributable to the User, Fast Line VIP cannot guarantee proper service delivery.
The contracted Service is valid exclusively for the date, airport, and persons specified in the order confirmation. The Service offered through Fast Line VIP is strictly intended for personal and family use by end users.
The resale, redistribution, or commercial use of our subscriptions or Fast Track passes by travel agencies, intermediaries, or tourism-related companies is expressly prohibited.
Each subscription or Fast Track pass must be used solely by the individual(s) specified in the purchase confirmation.
Fast Line VIP reserves the right to invalidate or revoke access in case of suspected resale, shared use outside the family environment, or excessive or abnormal usage patterns inconsistent with private, personal use.
6. PRICING AND BILLING POLICY
The prices shown on the website are final, include applicable taxes, and may vary depending on the selected airport, date, and type of service. Billing is processed automatically upon purchase completion.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Due to the nature of the Service (provision of leisure-related services for a specific date), the right of withdrawal does not apply in accordance with Article 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and the corresponding national laws.
However, if the possibility of cancellation or modification is explicitly indicated at the time of purchase, the User may exercise it within the deadlines and conditions specified.
If Fast Line VIP is unable to provide the service due to reasons attributable to us, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued.
Once the QR code has been generated and sent, the service will be considered initiated, and no refund will be granted, except in the case of a serious technical error or clear impossibility of use solely attributable to Fast Line VIP.
The User may not claim refunds for delays, schedule changes, incorrect data input, no-shows, missed flights, late arrivals, incorrect use of the code, or any other scenario not directly attributable to Fast Line VIP.
Additionally, we are unable to process refunds in cases where the ticket or fare purchased by the passenger is not compatible with Fast Track activation, as eligibility is determined by each airline and airport’s own policies, beyond Fast Line VIP’s operational control.
8. CANCELLATION POLICY
8.1 Subscription Cancellation
The User may cancel the Unlimited Plan subscription at any time through their Dashboard or by contacting support@fastlinevip.com.
Cancellation takes effect immediately and prevents future charges.
If the billing cycle has already started, no refund will be issued for the current billing period.
Access remains available until the end of the already-paid cycle.
8.2 Cancellation During the Free Trial
If the User cancels within the seven-day free trial, access to the Unlimited Plan is immediately deactivated.
The trial period ends at the moment of cancellation.
8.3 Cancellation of the Fast Track Service
Once the Fast Track pass or QR code has been generated and is available in the User’s email and Dashboard, the service is considered fully delivered and is not eligible for cancellation or refund.
The QR code constitutes full delivery of the purchased service.
8.4 Acceptance at Checkout
During checkout, the User explicitly accepts these Terms and this Cancellation Policy by ticking the mandatory checkbox:
“I accept the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.”
9. REFUND POLICY
Fast Line VIP provides priority airport access (“Fast Track”) for a specific date, airport, and passenger.
According to EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(l), the right of withdrawal does not apply to dated travel-related services.
Refunds are only available when Fast Line VIP is unable to provide the service due to a reason attributable to us, or when a clear technical error prevents the User from receiving the QR code.
Once the QR code has been generated and delivered by email or made available in the User Dashboard, the service is considered fulfilled and no refund applies, unless there is a proven error attributable exclusively to Fast Line VIP.
Refunds will not be issued for:
Late arrival, missed flight, or no-show
Incorrect data entered by the User
Incompatible airline or airport policies
Airport staff decisions or operational issues outside our control
Customer expectations or subjective dissatisfaction
Commercial, abusive, or fraudulent use of passes or subscriptions
Subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.
Cancellation prevents future charges but does not generate refunds for the ongoing billing period.
This Refund Policy is accepted by the User during checkout by ticking the mandatory checkbox:
“I accept the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.”
10. LIABILITY
Fast Line VIP acts as the organizer and facilitator of the priority access service contracted by the User. We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or operational issues arising directly from the internal functioning of the airports or from force majeure events.
Fast Line VIP shall not be liable for the improper use of the Service or for direct or indirect damages resulting from use contrary to the provided instructions.
We do not guarantee any specific waiting time or specific treatment by airport staff, as these are third-party services over which we have no operational control.
In any case, our liability is limited to the amount effectively paid by the User and will only be enforceable in the event of proven, direct, and exclusive non-compliance by Fast Line VIP.

12. WARRANTIES AND CLAIMS
Fast Line VIP guarantees the correct provision of the Service under the agreed terms.
In the event of any unresolved issue, the User may file a claim via email to our customer service. Each case will be evaluated individually and, depending on the circumstances, we will issue a refund or appropriate compensation if deemed justified.
Claims based on subjective expectations, perception of treatment, or airport-related incidents will not be processed.
13. MODIFICATION OF TERMS
Fast Line VIP reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on the website with sufficient notice.
14. DATA PROTECTION
Personal data collected during the contracting of the Service will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable legislation. Please consult our Privacy Policy for more details.
15. SERVICE SUSPENSION OR CANCELLATION
Fast Line VIP reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend any Service in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or breach of these terms by the User.
We may also suspend or cancel the Service if the airport discontinues operations, changes procedures, or notifies us of the impossibility of executing the contracted priority access.
In such cases, the User will be offered the option of a refund or rescheduling, provided that Fast Line VIP has not delivered the service or sent the QR code.
Fast Line VIP also reserves the right to terminate any subscription or cancel the Service without prior notice if evidence of commercial use, resale, or fraudulent activity is detected, or if the usage volume clearly exceeds what would be considered reasonable for a private user. In such cases, no refund will be issued, and access may be immediately suspended to prevent further misuse.
16. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the legislation of the European Union and, where applicable, by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Barcelona, España.
